  1. I don't have a computer. What can I do?

If you don't have your own computer, perhaps you have access to a computer at work. Almost all public libraries provide both computers and Internet access, so you can use a computer there. Also, see Question #3 about obtaining an e-mail address.

  2. I don't subscribe to an Internet service. What can I do?

If you have a computer, but don't subscribe to an Internet service, you're in about the situation as not having a computer. Since you need both, see the recommendations in Question #1.

  3. I don't have a personal e-mail address. What can I do?

Membership on the site requires an e-mail address because the site responds to certain activities with a message. There are many companies that offer free e-mail accounts. We can highly recommend the use of Gmail which is offered by Google. All Gmail accounts require an invitation to open and we would be happy to invite you. Among the benefits of using Gmail are that it is focused on e-mail and is distinct from Google's other businesses; that it is straightforward to use; that it has virtually unlimited storage; and that, because it is web-based, it is available from anywhere that you can access the Internet -- home, work, library, etc.
